By accessing or using Envilo (getenvilo.app), you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the service.
Envilo is a platform that lets creators design interactive adventures ("challenges") with puzzles, GPS clues, videos, audio and other types of challenge. Participants access these adventures through a link or QR code, without needing to create an account.
To create adventures you must register with a valid email address or a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place on your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering you declare that you meet this requirement.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish on Envilo. You warrant that:
Envilo applies automated AI moderation when public challenges are published. We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these terms and to suspend accounts in the event of serious or repeated infringements.
Payments for private challenges are processed securely through Stripe. The price is €6.99 per challenge (VAT included where applicable).
Since access to the digital service is immediate upon payment, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the private challenge has been activated, in accordance with art. 103.a) of the Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users).
That said, if you experience a technical problem attributable to Envilo, contact us through our contact form and we will resolve it.
Envilo and all of its elements (brand, design, source code, own texts) are the property of Envilo and are protected by the applicable intellectual property legislation. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without express authorisation.
You grant Envilo a non-exclusive, royalty-free and worldwide licence to display, store and distribute your content solely to the extent necessary to provide the service.
Envilo is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability towards you will not exceed the amount you have paid to Envilo in the last 12 months.
You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard → My profile. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms, with or without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Spain, without prejudice to the rights available to consumers under the applicable regulations.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after that period implies acceptance of the new terms.
This translation is provided for convenience only. The Spanish version of these Terms of Service is the only legally binding one and, in the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish text prevails.
